Quality Irrigation Named Omaha’s Small Business of the Year

The Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce presented Quality Irrigation with its annual Small Business of the Year Award at the May 15th 2012 Big O! Excellence Awards Luncheon.

Citing the Omaha sprinkler system company’s commitment to customer service and its exceptional business practices, Dave Brown, president of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, presented the award to Ryan Jardine, Quality Irrigation president and owner.

“Everyone here in our company is extremely honored and humbled by this award,” said Jardine. “We really didn’t expect to win. We were just grateful to be one of three finalists.”

The other two nominees for the award were I-Go Van and Storage and The Filter Shop. The Small Business of the Year Award is given to a business that employs 50 or fewer people and excels in the areas of customer service, community involvement and professional relationships. The award is one of six presented annually by the Chamber honoring outstanding organizations and individuals in Omaha, including Business Woman of the Year, Corporate Citizen of the Year, Minority Business of the Year and Non-Profit of the Year.
