I cannot recommend Quality Irrigation highly enough. I had an issue that was preventing me from running any stations on my system. My first call was to a well known and highly regarded company in the Omaha area. They were booked until the end of May but they did have a Saturday opening. The only issue was they charge time and a half for weekend calls. I passed on their offer but they assured me that all of the other companies they know of were also booked out until June. I tried to fix the issue myself but it was a mess of wires and I realized I needed some experts. My next call was to Quality Irrigation. They not only put me on the schedule for May 1Oth, they called me the next day and said they could move up the appointment to Saturday and it was the regular rate, no weekend rates for Quality Irrigation. Logan showed up right on time, he knows a ton about the inner workings of the mechanical parts in the box. We came up with a plan that was both cost effective and set me up so I could repair any similar future issues with a backup plan on what it would take to replace and redo the entire box. Very honest people at Quality Irrigation and they know their stuff. Plus, they are not out to give you some technical jargon and make it seem like the problem is bigger than it really is. Quality Irrigation is going to be my next call when I need assistance and the only company I call when I cannot handle the fix myself.
