Just when you think the office staff and field techs at Quality Irrigation can't get better ... they DOBraden came out to do my mid-summer maintenance checkup and found eight sprinkler heads damaged as a result of the newly installed high pressure gas line upgrade in my neighborhood.He provided me a detailed estimate of the damages and cost of repairs which simplified my claim filling with MUD.KUDOS for a job well done.

Routine maintenance was done well. He added pictures to my phone app of the zones which is nice. Rain sensor not working and he got it fixed and informed me how to check it and some things I can do if it happens again. Very pleasant and personable.

Dylan Draper came and really did a great job. We had some concerns regarding some potential damage to our sprinkler system incurred while the system was winterized. He checked everything out, made some minor adjustments and then informed me of all that was done. He also made sure I was familiar with the controller and reiterated that if I had any questions or concerns to contact Quality Irr. Thanks very much to this company for their service.Dan Eledge came to winterize our sprinkler system. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He obviously knows his stuff.Zach White, who came to activate our sprinkler system after winter, was super friendly and expert. He not only reactivated the system but found an issue and repaired it on the spot. I am very impressed.Zach represents Quality Irrigation well. He is friendly, knowledgeable and does his job well.Today (7/9/21) Isaiah Rachow came, on a moment's notice, to repair a break in the water lines near the house that feed the sprinkler system. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done and when the job was finished, he again explained the work. I am very pleased with Quality Irrigation and their service. In my view they are the best!Once again Quality Irrigation sent a very positive representative to perform the winterization of our sprinkler system. Joseph Nichols is very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition he was quite on time and efficient. Thank you QI.Roberto is an excellent representative of Quality Irrigation. He is positive, respectful and efficient. When I asked for the cost of an upgrade to our system, he was able to give me the cost and benefits of two options. We can definitely recommend QI to anyone.

This is our third year with Quality Irrigation. The technician assessed each of our zones and made adjustments as needed. His insights were appreciated on how to adjust for possible drought situations later this summer, so I can adjust our system to fit our needs. Really appreciated his thoroughness and suggestions! We look forward to working with Quality Irrigation in the future!

Jordan was punctual and walked the yard and checkt all the sprinkler heads.
